The long term aim of this project is to secure the Three Fields site through Community Asset Transfer which is underway, then to develop it to provide a wide range of community facilities. LEADER funding was used to carry-out a Supply and Demand survey of all businesses, residents and voluntary organisations within Undy, Magor and surrounding communities. The survey helped determine what services and facilities are already available and their capacity, and then the needs of the community for additional services and the facilities to provide them.
This project is complete. An excellent total of 777 responses were received from people living and working in the community of Magor and Undy.
Total project cost: £4,500 (RDP amount: £3,600)
