Magor Three Fields Community Trust

The long term aim of this project is to secure the Three Fields site through Community Asset Transfer then to develop it to provide a wide range of community facilities. LEADER funding was used to carry-out a supply and demand survey of all businesses, residents and voluntary organisations within Undy, Magor and surrounding communities. This project was successful in that the survey attracted an excellent response and it helped determine what services and facilities are already available and their capacity, and then the needs of the community for additional services and the facilities to provide them. The high response rate demonstrates the strong support of the community for the project to potential funders and stakeholders.
