Communities for Work + (CfW+) is funded by the Welsh Government and aims to provide employability guidance, training opportunities and support for participants to overcome their personal barriers to sustaining employment.
The project supports and enables participants to gain a number of qualifications, develop new skills and provide meaningful work placements. We offer mentoring that suits individual need to develop confidence, further learning and employability skills.
