We are looking for inspirational Mentors to join our Monmouthshire Mentors Programme. Mentors who can support our young people throughout their learner journey by offering their services as an inspirational speaker, a judge, supporting their employability skills development or by offering volunteering or work placements, apprenticeships.

Mentorship can help you develop your ability to inspire, motivate and encourage others on their learner journey. This can help you become a better manager, employee, and team.
To have that flow of information and effective communication between yourself and the Mentee will ensure success.
Refining your mentoring/leadership skills can strengthen your own career. Showing that you’ve helped others learn and grow is becoming more and more essential to advancement in today’s business world.
I2A offers young people support that is tailored to their needs; including pastoral support, one to one mentoring, and alternative qualifications.
